How I Got Here
I have spent 15 years as an Instructional Designer and Training Manager, teaching employees across many different industries. I loved the work, but after leaving a large insurance company and continuing my career with a much smaller business, I noticed something that bothered me.
Smaller businesses didn't have access tot he same quality of training that larger companies did. Even key topics like workplace harassment and discrimination were either skipped entirely, or were being covered by a generic online course that the employees clicked through and quickly forgot.
So I started my own business to bring the same level of professional, thoughtful training to small and mid-sized business that make Western New York run.
My Approach
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. A restaurant with seasonal staff has completely different needs than an insurance office with long-tenured employees, and a company's training should reflect that.
Every program I build starts with a conversation about your business, including your team, your industry, and your challenges. From there, I design training that your employees will actually engage with, remember, and apply.
